| Designer Comments: This project is part of an ongoing expansion program for the county and is designed to relieve overcrowding at one school and to replace an old outdated school. Two major considerations were ease of circulation and expendability- The Administration Area and Media Center create a hub around which circulation revolves. The core capacity is designed to accommodate up to 800 students and each class room wing can be expanded from the present total capacity of approximately 600 to 800 students- All classrooms are wired for tie in to the net. |
| Owner Comments: The Staff and students were really excited about our new school even before we moved into our new building. CBSA Architects worked with our staff during the planning stages of the new school, and did their best to incorporate our input in order to accommodate our needs. If we were to point out one area we like best about our building. It would be very difficult. The whole layout of our office area, classrooms, media center, and beautiful gym are main sources of pride. |
