State Building Commission
Under Part II, Section 11 - Powers and Duties of the Commission CM at Risk is added to the current list of designer selection and contracting methods for which rules and procedures have or will be adopted for projects.
Rules shall provide a specific time frame for review, approval and permitting by each agency to provide for expeditious review and approval for State and Community College projects.
Adopt rules for exempting specified types of State and Community College projects.
Adopt rules governing the requested review and approval of plans by owners in accordance with Section 11.1 (GS58-31-40).
