Additional Reporting Requirements (Section 13)
- A ‘detailed’ listing of all contractors and subcontractors used on each project including state of residence;
- If ‘out of state’ contractor used, set forth reasons why that contractor was selected.
The Secretary of Administration shall report the above information to the General Assembly on or before May 1st of each year starting in 2003.
