Additional Reporting Requirements (Section 13)

• All public entities shall report to the Secretary of Administration, annually, beginning April 1, 2003

  • The type of construction method used on each project;
  • The total dollar value of all projects listed by specific project with costs;
  • Bid costs and relevant post bid costs;
