Reporting fee information
Third requirement is difficult to interpret: Under G.S. 143-64.31, fees cannot be considered in the selection process. Therefore, the evaluation committee will not have proposed fee information from candidates. Proposed fee information will only be available from the selected firm in connection with contract fee negotiations.
