Reporting Requirements G.S. 143-64.31(b)
Report to Secretary of Administration the following:
- A detailed explanation of the reason why the particular CM was selected.
- The terms of the contract with the CM
- A list of all other firms considered but not selected as the CM and the amount of their proposed fees.
- The form of bidding utilized by the CM on the project.
