Good faith efforts
Public agency must make good faith efforts specified in G.S. 143-128.2(e)
Less specific requirements for minority outreach now apply to
- Selection of architect, engineer, surveyor, or CM at risk - 143-64.31(a)
- Building construction projects in the informal bid range - 143-131(b)
Must document and report efforts made on each project
