Minority Participation Goals

• 10% goal for all state projects

• 10% goal for all local projects costing $100,000 where state funds are used, unless local unit has a different, justifiable goal adopted before 12/1/01

• Local unit must adopt verifiable goal for all other local projects after notice and public hearing, or may continue to use previously adopted goals
