Good Faith Efforts Include:
1. Contacting minority businesses known to the contractor or available on State or local government list, at least 10 days before bid date, indicating work to be performed.
2. Making plans and specifications available for review at least 10 days prior to bid date.
3. Breaking down or combining elements of work into economically feasible units of work to facilitate minority participation.
